摘  要:通过测定11种不同炼焦煤的煤岩性质和40 kg试验焦炉所炼焦炭抗碎强度分析,确定了基于炼焦煤镜质组最大反射率的活性权函数方程,根据其活性权函数对各炼焦煤的活惰比进行了计算。分析可知,焦炭抗碎强度M_(40)最大时所对应的活惰比为2.17,为优化配煤提供了技术依据。With the ts on the coal and rock properties of 11 different coking coal and the analysis on the anti-broken strength of coke from the 40 kg test coke oven, The paper had set the activity weight function equation for the max reflection rate based on the vit- finite of the coking coal. According to the activity weight function, the calculation was made on the activity and inert rate of each coking coal. The analysis showed that the anti-broken strength of the coke was M40, the max activity and inert rate was 2. 17, which could provide the technical reference to the optimized coal blending.
