摘 要:从培训机构、师资培训、学员培训、培训内容、培训方式以及培训程序等方面对我国体育经纪人职业培训状况进行了调查。结果表明,我国体育经纪人职业培训存在培训机构单一、师资力量不足、学员资格限定不统一、培训内容不合理、培训方式单一、考核流于形式及缺乏规范的培训程序等问题。针对以上问题,提出要促进培训机构多元化、开发专业培训教师资源、科学设置培训课程、灵活运用多种培训方式、开展培训需求分析、严格把关考核内容和形式以及开展培训效果评估等建议。The authors investigated the current state of occupational training for sports brokers in China in such aspects as training organization, training teacher, trainee, training content, training mode and training procedure, and revealed that in occupational training for sports brokers in China there are such problems as undiversified training organizations, insufficient training teachers, not unified specification of qualification of trainees, irrational training contents, undiversified training modes, insubstantial examination, and lacking in standardized training procedures. Aiming at the said problems, the authors put forward such suggestions as boosting diversification of training organizations, developing teacher resources for professional training, setting up training courses scientifically, employing various training modes flexibly, performing training need analysis, controlling examination contents and forms strictly, and carrying out training effect evaluation.
