摘　　要：冻结间是冷冻(冷藏)企业生产环节中的重要组成部分,性能如何,不仅关系产品质量,也对能耗产生直接影响。合理选配、布置冻结间冷却设备,是提高冻结间性能的重要手段。本文就冻结间冷却设备选配和布置的基本方式进行论述。Freezing room is an absolutely necessary integrant for frozen and cold- storage enterprise, its performance not only is relative to the product quality, but also has direct influence on the energy consumption. The reasonable configuration - selection and the disposition for cooling equipment in the freezing room are of importance for the improvement of freezing room performance. This paper discusses the basic principle for the configuration- selection and the disposition of the equipment in the freezing room.
