摘 要:目的:以绿原酸的含量为指标,评价不同种质忍冬叶的质量,为忍冬种质的划分和忍冬叶的开发应用提供理论依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果:8个种质忍冬叶绿原酸含量为0.79%~2.43%。结论:不同种质忍冬叶中绿原酸含量存在差异。其中含量达到《中国药典》中金银花标准的有24,32,34三个种质,含量在1%以上的有19,21,27,36四个种质,种质17叶片中绿原酸含量最低。Objective: To determine the contents of chlorogenic acid in the leaves of Lonicera japonica from different germplasm for division and screening the germplasm and for utilizing the leaves of Lonicera japonica. Methods: The HPLC analysis was used. Results: The contents of chlorogenic acid were different in eight germplasm rescources of Lonicera japonica, ranging from 0.79 % to 2.43 %. Conclusions: The contents of chlorogenic acid in different germplasm rescources of Lonicera japonica are different obviously. The contents which were higher than the criterion provided in Chinese Pharmacopoeia were germplasm 24,32 and 34, and the contents which were higher than 1% were germplasm 19,21,27 and 36,the minimum of the content of chlorogenic acid was germplasm 17.
