培本方调节哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2失衡作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究培本方对哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2失衡的免疫调节作用。方法:采用OVA(卵蛋白)致敏、激发复制大鼠慢性哮喘模型,以阿斯美胶囊为对照药,通过检测血及BALF(支气管肺泡灌洗液)中IFN-γI、L-4I、L-5的含量,探讨培本方对大鼠哮喘模型的影响。结果:模型组较正常组血清和BALF内IL-4、IL-5、IL-4/IFN-γ均显著增高,血清IFN-γ含量无明显改变,BALF内IFN-γ显著降低;各给药组对上述指标有不同程度的影响作用。结论:培本方抗哮喘作用的机制之一为纠正哮喘Th1/Th2失衡。Objective： To study the immune adjustment effect of Peibenfang on Th1/Th2 imbalance in asthmatics. Methods： Rat asthma model was duplicated by OVA through sensitizing and challenging. Asimei capsule was used as positive control medicine. Explore the effects of Peibenfang on asthma, by investigating IL-4, IL-5 、 IFN-γ in blood serum and BALF. Resuilts： The levels of IL-4, IL-5 and the ratio of IL-4 to IFN-γ in serum and BALF in model group was higher than that in normal group, four treatment groups had different effects on these indexes. Conclusion： One of mechanisms of Peibenfang agaist asthma was to adjust the Th1/Th2 imbalance in asthma.
