摘　　要：文章通过分析敏捷虚拟企业的需求,指出创新设计对敏捷虚拟企业的重要性,提出一套基于语义网格的敏捷虚拟企业创新设计方法论,阐述了设计能力的描述、发布、搜索和管理的机制,研究了服务发现、创新设计工具、工作流合成和数据集成等关键技术,并给出了面向敏捷虚拟企业创新设计的技术路线方案,指出敏捷虚拟企业创新设计的发展方向.This paper analyses the requirements of Agile Virtual Enterprise （AVE）, points out the importance of Innovative Design to AVE, gives the methods of Innovative Design to AVE based on Semantic Grid including the mechanism of design capability description, issuance, search and management, and studies the key technologies of service find, Innovative Design tools, workflow composition and data integration. It also gives the technologies project and points out the development trend.
