摘　　要：和谐文化建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务,建设和谐文化要以社会主义核心价值体系为根本;以马克思主义为指导思想,尊重差异、包容多样,最大限度地形成社会主义思想共识,并坚持用马克思主义中国化的最新成果指导和谐文化建设以保持和谐文化的先进性;以中国特色社会主义的共同理想凝聚人心;弘扬民族精神和时代精神,为全面建设小康社会提供精神动力;在是非、善恶、美丑的价值判断上要旗帜鲜明,以社会主义荣辱观为全社会成员的道德准则、行为规范。It is an important task to construct harmonious culture during the development of socialism harmonious society. Harmonious cultural construction needs to take socialist core value system as foundation. We should take Marxism as guiding ideology, respect difference, contain diversty to reach the socialism thought consensus, and insist on applying Marxism Chinese＇s newest achievement to instruct harmonious cultural construction. We should set up the common ideals to build Chinese characteristics socialism. We should bring honor to the national spirit and the spirit of the age to provide the energetic power for the comprehensive affluent society construction. We should have clear value judgment in the right and wrong, the good and evil and take socialism honor or disgrace watches as behavior regulations of all members of society.
