浅析我国社会权力对高教系统改革的影响

摘　　要：高等教育系统作为社会系统中的一个子系统,它对社会的作用及功能的发挥程度则取决于它的适度的规模、优化的结构及健全的运行机制等因素。而伴随我国高等教育自1999年所实行的规模大扩招,政府所采取的对高等教育系统进行的管理体制改革还不能充分满足高等教育系统自身发展和社会发展的需求。进一步探讨我国社会权力对高等教育系统改革的影响,则更有助于指导我国高等教育系统改革实践,并最终实现我国高等教育系统与社会协调发展之目的。Higher education system is a subsystem of the social systems. How it affcets on society is determined by the factors such as the moderate scale, optimal structure, sound operation mechanism and so on . Howerver, with the large-scale enrollment expansion in Chinese higher education in 1999, the reformatim of management system in the higher eduction system, which adopted by the government, still cannot meet the requirement of itself and society. Further study on the impact of society power on higher education system reformation can help guide the higher education system reformation and help redize the harmonious development of Chimese higher education and society.
