摘　　要：介绍了Richcel纤维的性能特点.生产实践表明,用转杯纺纺制Richcel 36.9 tex纱时,先加入油剂对原料进行预处理是改善Richcel纤维可纺性和抗静电性的关键;开清棉应降低打手速度,减小纤维损伤;同时应注意棉网张力的控制和半制品回潮率的控制.The characteristics of Richcel fiber are introduced. Production practice indicates that when producing Ptichcel 36.9 tex rotor spun yarn, the key step is to add oil in raw material so as to improve Richcel fiber＇s spinnabifity and antistatic performance; and in cotton opening the beater speed should be decreased to minimize the fiber damage; while the strain of cotton web and semi-finished productsg moisture regain should be controlled.
