摘　　要：基因组印迹即父源或母源等位基因的差异表达,是一种重要的表观遗传学机制。作者就哺乳动物基因组印迹的特征、作用机制及基因组印迹的生物学意义进行综述。Genomic imprinting is a parent-of origin specific gene expression which is a vital epigenetic mechanism. This arti- cle reviews the characters of imprinting genes and the mechanisms of genomic imprinting. It also demonstrates the biology sig- nificance of genomic imprinting.
