杜洛克杂种猪血浆铜蓝蛋白酶多态性的研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对20头杜洛克(父本)杂种猪血浆铜蓝蛋白酶(Cp)多态性进行了研究。结果发现:①被检杜洛克二元、三元杂种猪血浆Cp均有CpAB和CpBB两种基因型,以CpBB为优势基因型;②被检杜洛克二元、三元杂种猪CpA和CpB基因频率分别为0.1429、0.2308和0.8571、0.7692;③被检杜洛克二元、三元杂种猪的基因杂合度分别为0.2441、0.3350,基因纯合度分别为0.7559、0.6650,有效等位基因数分别为1.3229、1.5038,基因均质度指数分别为0.7152、0.6371。20 Duluoke（paternal） Hybird-pigs were used to investigate the polymorphism of plasma cerumLoplasmin（Cp）by means of a polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis in vertical plate. The results were as follows.. （1）There were both CpAB and CpBB phenotypes on the locus of plasma cerumLoplasmin in Duluoke binary and ternary Hybird pigs examined and CpBB type was a preponderance phenotypes; （2）The frequencies of CpA and CpB alleles were 0. 1429,0. 2308 and 0. 8571,0. 7692 in Duluoke bina- ry and ternary Hybird-pigs examined; （3）The gene heterozygosities were separate 0. 2441,0. 3350, the gene homozygosities were separate 0. 7559,0. 6650, the numbers of effective allele were separate 1. 3229,1. 5038 and the gene homozygosity indexes were separate 0. 7152,0. 6371.
