鼻内窥镜下改良微型填塞法治疗鼻深部出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在鼻内窥镜下应用改良微型填塞法治疗鼻深部隐蔽部位出血的疗效。方法在鼻内窥镜下对52例鼻深部隐蔽部位出血患者用可吸收性止血绫包绕小凡士林纱条填入出血的狭窄缝隙止血,并将同期行前、后鼻孔填塞的鼻出血患者36例在疗效、痛苦程度方面进行了对比。结果治疗组52例中,总有效率为94.23%(49/52),与对照组(36例中总有效率86.11%)疗效基本一致,P>0.05。但2组患者在治疗过程中的痛苦程度上差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论鼻内窥镜下应用可吸收性止血绫包绕小凡士林纱条的改良微型填塞法是治疗鼻深部隐蔽性出血较理想的方法,操作较简单、疗效好、痛苦小,患者乐于接受。Objective To study the curative effect of modified miniature nasal packing under endoscope on deep concealed epistaxis. Methods 52 deep concealed epistaxis patients were treated by inserting absorbable stanching satins（ASS） to the narrow bleeding place, the ASS wrapped Vaseline gauze. 36 patients in control group were treated by nasal orpostnasal packing. Curative effect and pain degree of experimental groups were compared with that of control group. Results Two groups had similar total effective rate （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but pain degree of experimental group were lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The miniature packing with ASS under endoscope is an effective method for treating the deep concealed epistaxis with less pain and traumatic to the patients.
