舒适护理在脑梗死偏瘫患者卧位管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)偏瘫患者康复中的应用体会。方法选择309例CI患者,按随机分配的原则分为实验组和对照组(分别为172例、137例),对照组给予常规护理,实验组除常规护理外在其卧位上给予舒适护理管理,观察2组并发症(皮肤完整性受损)及后遗症(肌肉挛缩和关节畸形)的发生情况。结果实验组的并发症和后遗症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适的卧位护理能有效降低CI偏瘫患者并发症和后遗症的发生率,提高生活质量。Objective To probe the application and experience of comfortable nursing care in managing the elinostatism for cerebral infarction （CI） patients with hemiplegia. Methods 309 Patients with CI were divided into test group （n = 172） and control group（ n = 137 ）. The control group accepted normal nursing care, and the test group accepted additional comfortable nursing care based on the routine nursing care. The complications（ damaged skin integrality） and sequelae（ muscle contracture and joints abnormality） were observed in both groups. Results The incidence of complications and sequelae was significant .lower in test group than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The comfortable nursing care could significantly decrease-the rate of complications and Sequelae in CI patients with hemiplegia and improve their quality of living.
