摘  要:目的建立并评价"劳倦过度,房室不节"肾阳虚小鼠模型。方法用强迫小鼠游泳法造成劳倦过度;以Colldege效应诱导雄性小鼠房室不节,建立肾阳虚小鼠模型。观察动物的一般状况、体温及舌象的变化。结果模型组较正常组比体温下降明显(P<0.01),治疗组与模型组比(P<0.05),动物畏寒表现有所减轻;模型组呈淡白舌,齿痕明显;治疗组齿痕不明显。模型组舌乳头密度、舌基底层细胞核分裂相频数较对照组明显下降(P<0.01),上皮层厚度、角质层厚度较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),治疗组较模型组乳头密度显著增加,上皮层厚度显著减小(P<0.05),舌分裂相频数增加,角质层厚度下降,但无统计学意义。结论建立了"劳倦过度、房室不节"肾阳虚小鼠模型,它更符合中医肾阳虚证的概念。Objective To establish and evaluate a mice model with kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome caused by overfatigue and sexual overstrain. Methods Mice had been prepared with compulsive swimming and excessive sexual activity induced by Colldege effect for 4 weeks, then general conditions, body temperatures and tongue pictures of the mice were measured. Results Average body temperature of model group was decreased obviously when it was compared with control group while average body temperature of treatment group was much higher than that of the model group. The model group mice had crenated tongues. In addition, the model group mice had the mantel changes as follows: the papillae of the lamina propria was less in density, the phase frequency of basal layer cells remarkably decreased, the thickness of the lamina epithelium and corneum increased obviously. Comparing with the model group, the density of the papillae increased while the thickness of the lamina epithelium decreased in the treatment group. The phase frequency of basal layer cells tended to increase and the thickness of the corneum tended to decrease, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion A new mice model for studying kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome caused by overfatigue and sexual overstrain based on classical theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine have been developed. The model is highly in accordance with the conception of kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.
