萍乡肉红鲫肠道粘液细胞类型及分布研究

摘　　要：目的探讨萍乡肉红鲫肠道粘液细胞的类型和分布。方法利用阿利新蓝-过碘酸雪夫氏试剂法(AB/PAS)观察萍乡肉红鲫肠道粘液细胞。结果萍乡肉红鲫肠道粘液细胞分4种类型。Ⅰ型:呈红色;Ⅱ型:呈蓝色;Ⅲ型:呈紫红色;Ⅳ型:呈蓝紫色。肠道中粘液细胞的分布密度后肠最高,其次是中肠,前肠最低。结论萍乡肉红鲫各型粘液细胞在各肠段的分布密度与各肠段功能密切相关。Objective and Method The type and distribution of mucous cell stained with AB＆PAS in the gut of Pingxiang red-transparent crucian carp were studied. Results The mucous cell in the gut of Pingxiang red-transparent crucian carp could be classified into 4 types： type I, pure red; type II, pure blue; type III, purplish-red; type IV, purplish-blue. The density of mucous cell presented an increasing trend from the anterior （low） to middle （high） and posterior （higher） segment. Conclusion The density of mucous cell in the gut was closely related to the functions of the different segment.
