摘　　要：设计了一种由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、触摸屏、传感器组成的汽车油泵试验台自动控制系统,PLC根据模糊PID算法得到输出值控制变频器进行调速。阐述了该系统的工作原理,并给出了系统的硬件结构和控制流程图。该系统具有结构简单、控制灵活、使用方便和可靠性高等优点。A speed control system of pump test-bed is designed. The PLC with its control circuit is applied and fuzzy-PID is referenced in the system. PLC acquires the output according to fuzzy-PID algorithm to control dtiver. The principle of system is expatiated and the hardware structure and software flow chart are presented. The system has advantages of simple structure, control agility, use convenience and high reliability.
