摘 要:目的研究盖尔森基兴奴卡氏菌的生物学特征、分子生物学特性及其与感染的关系。方法在CT导引下作肺穿刺取得标本,经培养获得革兰阳性、生长较慢的丝杆状菌,进行形态、培养特征、细胞壁化学成分分析和16S rRNA基因测序。结果经形态学、培养特征、细胞壁化学成分分析和16S rRNA基因测序,鉴定为盖尔森基兴奴卡氏菌。测定的1 429 bp序列与此种菌的模式株的序列100%一致,分离菌株与模式株的生化反应仅有两项不同。结论本文全面报道盖尔森基兴奴卡氏菌的生物学特性。Objective To study the biology characteristic and molecular biology characteristic and the relations with infection of Nocardia cyriacigeorgica. Methods The gram-positive, slow-growing silk-form bacillus was obtained from the cultured specimen collected by lung puncture in CT, and the morphological, culture characteristics, cell-wall chemical composition and 16s RNA gene sequence were analyzed. Results The microorganism was identified as N. cyriacigeorgica by the morphological, culture characteristics, cell-wall chemical composition analysis and 16sRNA gene sequencing. The sequenced gene fragment (1 429 bp) of the isolated strain was identical (100%) to the normal strain of N. cyriacigeorgica. Only two biochemical differences were founded between the isolated strain and normal strain. Conclusion The biological characteristics of Nocardia cyriacigeorgica was determined.
