摘  要:激光清洗是一种新型的工业清洗技术,它利用激光能量将模具表面的污垢去除,达到绿色清洗的目的。文章利用ANSYS软件模拟了激光清洗模具过程中模具表面的温度变化,在分析过程中采用二维单元,并考虑了材料的热物性随温度的变化,建立了有限元模型,得出了模具表面节点的温度分布,以及激光功率和扫描速度对温度场的影响,这对进行激光清洗模具技术的机理研究具有很大的帮助。Laser cleaning is a new type of industrial cleaning technology, which uses laser energy to remove the dirt on the mold surface, reaching the purpose of green cleaning. The software of ANSYS was used to simulate the temperature distribution of the mold surface when laser heat cleaned the mold in this paper. In the course of establishing the finite element model, the two-dimensional unit was used, and the thermal properties of the material with temperature changes were taken into consideration. The nodal temperature distribution of mold surface was gained, and laser power and scanning speed on the impact of temperature were simulated. This has great help to study the mechanism of laser cleaning mold technology.
