摘 要:针对废弃油基泥浆的特点,通过声化法处理对泥浆中油分进行回收,再加入絮凝剂破坏胶体稳定性,使其固液两相有效分离。并通过进一步实验确定处理样品泥浆的最佳操作参数。结果表明:通过超声波与化学破乳剂相结合的方法,可以有效地对泥浆中的油分进行回收,回收率可达到80%以上,加入絮凝剂后可使剩余的泥、水两相分离,出水COD可降到100mg/L以下,透光率达到90%以上,可循环利用。A economical and effectual method has been adopted on the basis of the characteristics of the wasted oil-based mud by adding demulsifier and ultrasonic treatment to recover oil,and then flocculant is used to destroy the stability of colloid and separate the solid from liquid. The optimum operating parameter of the sample slurry is determined by further test. The result indicated that the oil in the slurry can be recovered effectively by the combination of adding demulsifier and ultrasonic treatment,and the recovery can reach 80%. The solid can be separated from liquid effectively by flocculant. COD of the effluent can be lowered to under 100 mg/L ,light transmission ratio is up to 90%,which can be utilized circularly.
