摘  要:目的:选育高效降解苯酚的菌株。方法:紫外线作为诱变剂处理假单胞菌;用析因法优化降解条件。结果:选育的假单胞菌诱变菌株(M3),在苯酚浓度少于600 mg/L,温度为35℃,历经12 h,pH值7.5时,苯酚能被完全降解;苯酚浓度高于600 mg/L时,苯酚降解率随浓度的增高而降低。结论:选育的假单胞菌诱变菌株(M3)在一定的条件下对苯酚具有较好的降解效果。Objective:To select efficient strains of degradation phenols.Methods:Pseudomonas were dealed with UV.The degradation conditions were optimized by the factorial method.Results:Phenols could be totally degraded by Mutation strains(M3) from Pseudomonas after 12 hours when phenols concentration was ≤600 mg/L,the temperature was 35℃,the pH was 7.5.Phenols degradation rates would decrease with the concentration increasing when the concentration was 〉600 mg/L.Conclusion:The Mutation strains has better degration effects on phenols under certain conditions.
