昌平区医疗机构2005～2007年消毒质量检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：了解掌握全区医疗机构消毒工作质量,为做好全区医疗机构消毒隔离和医院感染控制工作提供科学依据。方法：对全区医疗机构2005-2007年检测结果资料进行回顾性分析。结果：2005-2007年对全区各级医疗机构采样检测3929件,合格3502件,平均合格率为89.13%;其中2007年的检测合格率（92.62%）明显高于2006年（87.71%）和2005年（87.75%）;不同级别医疗机构检测合格率以市级最高为93.54%,村医务室最低为78.48%;不同检测项目中以物体表面的合格率最高为95.74%,室内空气合格率最低为58.80%。结论：我区2007年消毒质量检测合格率较前两年有显著提高;不同检测项目中,空气、医护人员手和污水的合格率呈逐年升高趋势;不同级别医疗机构的检测合格率呈逐年升高趋势,我区医疗机构消毒工作质量还有待提高和巩固。Objective：To know the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Changping to offer scientific gist for disinfection and isolation work and control of hospital infection.Methods：Retrospection method was used to analyze the detection results of total medical institutions in Changping from 2005 to 2007.Results：A total number of 3929 samples were collected from different grade medical institutions from 2005 to 2007,3502 samples were eligible,average qualified rate was 89.13%.The qualified rate of 2007（92.26%） was higher than that of 2006（87.71%） and 2005（87.75%）.The qualified rate of hospital in city was highest（93.54%） during different grade medical institution whereas clinic in country was lowest（78.48%）.The qualified rate of object surface was highest（95.74%） during different detection index whereas indoor air was lowest（58.80%）.Conclusion：Qualified rate of disinfection in 2007 increases highly compared to 2 years before.There is a increasing trend of qualified rate of air,doctors＇ hands and sewage.Qualified rate of various medical institutions increases year by year.Disinfection quality of hospital in Changping should be strengthened.
