摘　　要：针对近年来人民币升值等因素导致的热钱流入,首先分析了热钱流入的原因,之后从贸易渠道、经常转移和虚假投资三个方面分析了热钱流入境内的途径,接着利用货币当局国外资产变动额数据估算了2003—2007年流入境内的热钱规模,最后讨论了热钱流入境内的影响及对策。The article first explores the cause of afflux of hot money into China, and then investigates the way of the afflux in terms of trade channel, current transfers and illusive investment. Following that the article estimates the amount of the hot money from 2003 to 2007 by the innovation method using the data of the change of foreign assets. Finally, the influence of the hot money is presented and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
