摘　　要：目的了解硗碛水电站进行库底卫生清理的效果。方法于2006年10月对四川华能硗碛水电站进行库底卫生清理,清理对象包括人畜粪便、生活垃圾、污水沟、医院、兽医站、坟墓和鼠类。清理前对一般污染源(417个粪池,35个畜牧栏),传染性污染源(2家医院,1个兽医站,2个屠宰场)和环境样品(水样、土壤、人粪、畜粪和垃圾),共507件样品进行细菌总数、大肠菌群等微生物指标检测,并检测致病菌和蛔虫卵,卫生清理后采集上述样品506件进行清理效果的评价.结果清理圈舍14 360 m^2,粪池417个,山茅坑390m^2,清理坟墓1 599座。完成灭鼠面积4 878亩,鼠密度监测达到验收标准(<1%)。卫生清理前507件样品中,仅8件环境样品的粪大肠菌值达到 GB 7959—1987《粪便无害化卫生标准》的要求,合格率为1.6%,且部分样品检出致病菌和蛔虫卵。清理后.506件样品粪大肠菌值均合格,均未检出致病菌和蛔虫卵。结论硗碛水电站库底卫生清理效果达到相应的卫生要求。Objective To assess the result of the sanitary clearance of Huaneng Qiaoqi reservoir bottom. Methods According to related standards and regulations, the sanitary clearance of Huaneng Qiaoqi reservoir bottom was conducted and the result was assessed in Oct. 2006. Results 14 360 m^2 farm, 417 excrement pits, 390 latrines, 1 599 graves were sanitarily cleaned. Deratization was carried out in reservoir bottom with Chinese area of 4 878 mu, rat density met the standard （〈1%）. Before deratization, the fecal E. coli. of eight samples among 507 samples （1.6%） was detected and met the sanitary standard ruled by GB 7959--1987 Sanitary Standard for Non-hazardous Treatment of Feces, and pathogenic bacteria and ascarid eggs were detected in some samples.After deratization, the fecal E. coll. all of the 506 samples met the standard, pathogenic bacteria and ascarid eggs were not detected. Conclusion The sanitary clearance of Huaneng Qiaoqi reservoir bottom meets the hygienic requirements.
