摘　　要：利用收集验证完善得到的PPI协议实现了上位机对PLC的监控,将西门子S7-200PLC与顶松的DS-822仪表通过PPI协议来集中控制,监控装车的皮重、净重和整个流程,实现散装水泥装车整个流程的自动化。According to the communication problem between upper-computer and S7-200 series PLC,used to actual problem of control of loading bulk cement to the truck,we use S7-200 PLC and DS-822 instrument to control the whole process and pack the tare and net weight of the bulk cement, PPI protocol is used in the software part to achieve the concentrated control and the whole automation of process.
