摘　　要：本文阐述了一个基于LabVIEW软件的晶振频率测量系统的硬件原理,介绍了使用LabVIEW软件对该测量系统进行控制以及与PC机之间进行数据交换的设计过程,系统的讲述了使用LabVIEW软件与计算机底层通信的方法,实现了虚拟计数器的软硬件设计并进行了计数实验。This essay describes the principle of the Crystal Oscillator frequency measure system based on ISA bus with the virtual instrument. It presents the method that Control the measure system with LabVIEW and how to communicate with PC. It Introduces the basic knowledge of the communications between the measure system and the computer with the LabVIEW software. It implements the hardware and software of the virtual measure system and makes a lot of experimentation of this system.
