摘 要:热处理车间包括不同类型的装有智能仪表的自动化处理炉,依据现场总线构建网络系统存在的优势及RS485总线构建监控系统存在的不足,针对热处理车间控制现场温度变化范围大,环境恶劣,干扰强的特点,设计了一种基于CAN总线的热处理分布式实时控制系统,完成对各种炉型的热处理实时参数的采集、处理和控制。同时给出了一种CAN总线节点设计流程,较详细说明了CAN控制节点的硬件电路及软件实现方法,并重点介绍了系统采取的各种抗干扰措施。系统经试验调试表明能够很好地监控系统运行状态和提供可靠、准确、实时的环境数据参数,同时也产生了较好的经济效益。All kinds of automatic treatment furnaces with intelligent instruments are included in the heat-treatment shop. According to the advantages of field bus and the shortcomings of RS-485 bus, as well as in allusion to the characteristics of large variation in temperature, adverse environment, strong interference in the heat-treatment shop. Designed a kind of distributed real-time control system of heat treatment based on CAN bus .To acquire, deal with and control of the heat treatment real-time parameter of the vari- ous furnaces. The hard circuit and soft design of the CAN control node is presented in details. The anti-interference technologies in the system are expounded specially. The test showed that it can monitor the running state of the system and provide reliable, accurate and real-time environmental data parameters, and has also generated remarkable economic returns.
