摘　　要：在植物组织培养过程中,继代培养是其中的重要环节,而长期继代则是种质资源离体保存的必要手段。综述了长期继代培养对植物试管苗形态发生能力和遗传稳定性的影响,探讨了继代培养过程中影响培养物形态发生能力和遗传稳定性的主要因素。Subculture is an important process for the tissue culture and long-term subculture is an essential method for conservation of germplasm in vitro. Effects of long-term subculture to morphogenetic capacity of tissue of cultured shoots and genetic stability,were summarized in this paper. The main factors that influence morphogenetic capacity and the genetic stability in the process of subculture,were also discussed.
