摘 要:针对钢铁行业工艺设计复杂、工艺设计知识难于表达和工艺实例库庞大不易检索的问题,通过分析其工艺设计鲜明的阶段性和层次性特点,提出了基于分段分层实例推理的钢铁行业工艺设计策略。通过对工艺设计问题的逐段分解和逐层细化,降低了实例检索的空间,实现了不同阶段、不同层次的多实例重用。设计了基于实例检索网络模型的钢铁行业工艺实例检索程序,以及分段分层实例推理的工艺设计流程和工艺设计算法,并以实际应用加以验证说明。For the complexities of process planning, the difficulties in representing process design knowledge and the trouble to retrieval cases in huge process case bases, a novel process planning scheme based on staged & hierarchical case-based reasoning(SH-CBR) system was put forward after analyzing the hierarchical and staged characteristics of process planning in iron and steel industries. Retrieving range was cut shorter by the process planning problems being decomposed, and cases reusing was achieved by the disassembled design of case base. Process case retrieval technique based on case retrieval nets, process planning approach and algorithm basis of SH- CBR were discussed in iron and steel industries. The scheme was illustrated and verified by practical applications.
