汶川大地震灾后成都市文化旅游设施恢复重建规划战略思考

摘　　要：四川汶川"5·12"特大地震及其次生地质灾害,对成都市域文化旅游资源及设施等造成严重破坏,尤以位于龙门山地震带附近的四市一县灾损最甚。受灾损失的重点文化旅游设施的恢复重建工作刻不容缓。论文首先对成都文化旅游设施的损毁程度进行评估,分析成都市文化旅游设施灾后重建面临的机遇与挑战,并在此基础上对恢复重建战略进行思考,提出恢复重建工作的保障措施,以期为尽快有序恢复成都市文化与旅游产业提供科学依据。Wenchuan earthquake and secondary geological hazards such as landslide and debris flow cause serious damage for the cultural tourism resources and facilities of Chengdu City, especially in the four counties i.e. Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Chongzhou and Qionglai, and Dayi County, which are near Longmen Mountain seismic belt. It is urgent to reconstruct the cultural tourism facilities in order to revive socioeconomic development of disaster area. In this paper, the damage extent of cultural tourism facilities was firstly evaluated, and then the opportunity and challenge of reconstructing works was analyzed. Finally, strategy and supporting measures of aiming at rapid restoration and reconstruction were proposed.
