摘　　要：翻译学既是一种以动态开放性为主,又不乏稳定性的理论体系。本文密切联系当前国内翻译理论,阐明翻译学的演进,在继承中发展在发展中继承的双重原则以及理论和实践的双重动因。这对于如何继承和创新理论,紧密结合并推动新实践,具有启发意义。Translatology is a dynamic and open theoretical system with fair stability. By relating to present domestic translation theo- ries and practice, this paper formulates an ever-evolving nature for translatology, The paper highlights translatology＇ s double principles of heritance and development and its double agents of theory and practice, which are supposed to be significant to theoretical inheritance and innovation, and to a close appropriation and advancement of new practice.
