摘　　要：通过阴极铜自动包装生产线控制系统的研制,针对该项目中在线精确计量铜垛重量,研究了工业控制计算机与梅特勒-托利多(KINGBIRD系列)电子秤之间的实时通信,并通过VB控件利用两种方法设计了通信程序,实现了数据通信和数据采集。实验结果表明,该通信方式在该项目应用中实时性好、数据传送准确,实用性强。In this paper,based on the development of automatic packaging production line of cathodal copper control system,for accurate measurement of copper weight in online in the project,studied the real-time communication between the industrial control computer and MEFILER TOLEDO （KINGBIRD series） electronic balance,and through VB Control designed communication procedures to achieve data communications and data collection.Experimental results show that the method has good performance,data transmission accurate,and good practicality.
