云南兰坪氧化铅矿强化分散浮选试验研究

摘　　要：针对云南兰坪氧化铅矿石嵌布粒度比较细、含泥比较高的特点,采用大量六偏磷酸钠作为矿泥分散剂来消除矿泥的影响。试验结果表明在不脱泥的情况下,采用一次粗选、一次精选和一次扫选的流程,铅精矿品位可以达到64.35%,铅浮选回收率达到89.06%。In light of the fine dissemination size and high slime content of the oxidized lead ore from Lanping, Yunan, a large amount of sodium hexamethahposphate was used as the slime dispersing agent to eliminate the effect of the slime. The test results show that without desliming, a lead concentrate grading 64.53 % at a lead flotation recovery of 89.06% can be obtained by a process consisting of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging.
