摘　　要：近年来，肿瘤发病率、死亡率不断提高，肿瘤的规范化、个体化治疗已成为重要的原则。为进一步提高中国肿瘤治疗的规范性，需加强肿瘤专科医师的培训，建立肿瘤专科医师准入制度，就这两方面问题做了简要论述。In recent years, more and more people has suffered from cancer which are causing more and more death. According to evidence-based medicine, the individualized therapy and normalized therapy are important principles of tumor therapy now.In order to improve the quality and effect of tumor therapy, produce qualified oncology physicians, it is important to emphasis the training of oncologist physicians. This article, gives some advices in enhance the level of oncology physicians.
