临床路径在妇科恶性肿瘤病人健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育路径在对妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期病人的应用。方法将50例病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用一般健康教育方式,观察组则采用临床路径图的健康教育方式。结果2组病人疾病相关知识掌握情况及满意度的差异均有统计学意义(均p<0.01),其中观察组疾病相关知识的知晓率和满意度均高于对照组。结论应用健康教育路径,有利于病人以最快的速度、最短的时间完成各项术前准备及术后护理,提高了病人的满意度。Objective：To explore the role of clinical pathway of health education in perioperative care of patients with gynecologic cancers. Method：50 patients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma pathway.Results：There were differences between the two groups in mastery of rectal carcinoma-related knowledge and degree of satisfaction （p〈0.01）,the experimental group signiticamly higher than the control group in the two items （p〈0.01）. Conclusion ：The use of clinical pathway in health education may facilitate the patient＇s preparation for operation and postoperative nursing so that the rehabilitation quality is raised.
