缓解护士心理压力对静脉穿刺一次成功率影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]为了缓解护士来自于病人及家属的心理压力而影响静脉穿刺一次成功率。[方法]将输液病人随机分为实验组和对照组各120例。对照组常规法进行静脉穿刺操作;实验组除按常规方法外,对病人及家属提前进行心理行为干预:加强病人及家属的有效沟通,入院后问卷了解病人及家属对静脉穿刺的要求和配合程度,集中讲解静脉输液的目的、方法及影响护士一次穿刺成功的因素及配合方法。[结果]一次穿刺成功率实验组(98.5%)较对照组(82.5%)高;实验组干预前后来自病人及家属的压力比较、实验组与对照组病人对穿刺疼痛的满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对病人及家属提前进行心理行为干预,能有效缓解护士心理压力,提高一次穿刺成功率。Objective： To relieve nurse mental stress that come from patients and their relatives to influence one time achievement ratio in venepuncture. Methods： 240 transfusion patients were randomly divided into 2 groups including experimental group and control group. Patients of control group were performed venepuncture procedure by routine method. Besides it, patients and their relatives of experimental group were performed psycho--behavior intervention in advance, including to enhance effectual communication to panents and their relatives ,to understand requirement and combination degree to venepuncture by questionnaire after hospitalization, and to explain purpose and method of venepuncture venous therapy and influence nurses agents and combination of one time achievement of venepuncture. Results; One time achievement ratio in venepuncture of experimental group was higher than that of control group （82. 5%）. One time achievement ratio m venepuncture of experimental group and control group were 98. 5% and 82 . 5%, respectively. To compare mental stress of panents and relatives in experimental group by interfering in advance and post. to compare sarisfaction degree to pain of patients including experimental group and control group in venepuncture. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Patients and their relatives were performed psycho behavior intervention in advance. It can effectually relief nurse mental stress and boost one time achievement ratio in venepuncture.
