摘　　要：一体化研究是物流流程研究的重点,各级物流系统的优化理论相继提出,结合了实际需要的第三方物流系统的优化也越来越为人们所重视。第三方物流系统,即单体物流系统流程的优化决定了"3PL"高效性和高利润性。The integrated research is the physical distribution flow research key point. All levels of physical distribution system＇s optimized theory proposed one after another. The perfecting process of third party system which unified the actual need of physical need now also is attracting people＇s attention. The third party physical distribution system, namely the monomer physical distribution system flow＇s optimization has decided ＂3PL＂ highly effective and the high profit.
