摘　　要：当前我国出口贸易面临国外反补贴调查的威胁,因此积极正确应对国外的反补贴,已成为当前我国政府和企业迫切需要解决的焦点问题。本文阐述了我国出口贸易遭遇反补贴调查的现状,分析了我国遭遇反补贴调查的根本原因,并从宏观和微观角度提出了我国应对国外反补贴调查的思路。Current our country export trade faced with overseas counter-subsidy investigation threat, therefore positive deals with the overseas counter-subsidy correctly, has become the focal point question which the current our country government and the enterprise urgent need to solve. This article elaborated our country export trade bitter experience counter-subsidy investigation＇s present situation, analyzed our country to encounter the counter-subsidy investigation the basic reason, and proposed from macroscopic and the microscopic angle our country dealt with the overseas counter-subsidy investigation the mentality.
