摘　　要：本文从高校图书馆开展"以评促建"工作的实践出发,分析了高校本科教学工作水平评估对图书馆的图书馆藏数量(供应量)、图书采购等方面的积极和消极影响。存在的问题可以通过提升图书馆的硬件和软件设施来得到解决。From the practice of the higher institution appraisal policy to improve the teaching efficiency, the paper studies the positive and negative influence of the policy on the storage and purchase of books in a university library. The problems can be resolved by enhancing the physical facilities and service quality.
