摘  要:采用温室盆栽、人工梯度控水干旱处理方法,分析了过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)及丙二醛(MDA)在4个草地早熟禾品种中的变化规律。结果表明:POD和SOD在整个干旱过程中,均呈先增加后降低的趋势,而CAT呈下降趋势,MDA含量呈上升趋势且品种间存在差异。各种保护酶的活性在品种中表现不同,SOD活性在兰肯(Kenblue)和男爵(Baron)中表现最高,在蓝月(Bluemoon)中最低,黑石(Blackstone)居中;POD活性最强的品种是兰肯,其次是男爵、黑石和蓝月;CAT的活性大小在4个品种中依次为兰肯>男爵>黑石>蓝月。Seeds of 4 Kentucky bluegrass cultivars were planted in pots in a greenhouse and the atmospheric humidity was artificially controlled. The changes MDA and the activities of POD, SOD and CAT of the 4 cultivars were analyzed in the laboratory. The results indicated that the activities of POD and SOD increased first then decreased during the whole drought period, but that of CAT decreased and MDA in- creased all the time during the same period. There were significant difference in content of MDA and the activities of protective enzymes among the cultivars. The activity of SOD in Kenblue and Baron was the highest, Bluemoon the lowest and Blackstone the middle. The activity of POD in Kenblue was the highest, then Baron and Blackstone, and Bluemoon the lowest. The activity of CAT in Kenblue was highest, then Baron and Blackstone, Bluemoon the lowest.
