摘　　要：对现有的剪断销剪切试验用重型单剪装置存在的问题进行了系统分析,提出了对该重型单剪装置结构优化的具体方案和实施办法。经分析计算证明,所提出的方案合理,该套装置应用于大型水电机组剪断销的剪切实验上能够产生预期的效果。The problems existing in large shear clamp for shear test of pins are analyzed in detail in this paper,and practical improvement method is given. By calculating, it is indicated that the improvemnet method is reasonable and feasible. The application of the shear clamp to shear test of pins of large hydraulic turbine will come into being good effect.
