摘　　要：文章描述冀北、辽西地区土城子组(后城组)的两新属、两新种叶肢介化石:Pingquania huangtuliangensis gen.et sp.nov.,Lingyuanella shuiquanesis gen.et sp.nov.,并附有电子扫描照片。文中还讨论叶肢介组合的时代问题,认为将其时代归入晚侏罗世早期比较合适。Two new clam shrimp species and genera have been described through the examination of specimens under a scanning electron microscope from the Tuehengzi Formation of northern Hebei and western Liaoning. Lingyuanella shuiquanensis Wang gen. et sp. nov. and Pingquania huangtuliangensis Wang gen. et sp. nov. They belong to the Yanshanoleptestheria-Pingquania-Lingyuanella assem-blage, and are early Irate Jurassic in age.
