摘  要:目的:探讨大鼠在焦虑状态、高强度运动下血清神经肽Y(NPY)、皮质酮(CORT)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)浓度的变化及相互影响。方法:用大鼠模拟水上漂浮引发焦虑状态,用跑台奔跑模拟大强度运动。将大鼠随机分为水上漂浮组(A组)、水上漂浮并高强度运动组(B组)、对照组(C组),每组12只,均为10周龄雄性大鼠。A组在人工造浪水池中接受连续180 min的水上漂浮,并加以猫恐吓;B组在前述A组的处理基础上继续给予连续奔跑120 min;C组除与A组、B组同时禁食、水外不给任何应激。实验结束后测定NPY、CORT、ACTH水平。结果:与C组相比,A组NPY浓度降低(P=0.026),ACTH水平略降低、CORT水平略升高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与C组相比,B组NPY、CORT浓度升高(P=0.032;P<0.01),而ACTH水平降低(P=0.033);与A组相比,B组NPY、CORT浓度均升高(P<0.01)。结论:急性心理应激导致焦虑状态,使NPY水平降低,从而影响ACTH的释放,但若予以单次大强度运动,下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)被激活,在运动与皮质激素双重作用下,NPY降低的趋势可逆转并显著增高。Objective: To explore the effects of experimental navigation and violent exercise on neuropeptide Y and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the interaction between them in rats. Methods: Thirty-six male rats were randomly assigned to three groups: Group A, B and C. Group A received 180 minutes' experimental navigation as well as psychological stress induced by a closely placed cat. Group B received treatment as group A, and after that, received an intensive running on treadmill for 120min. Group C ( the controls) was only treated with restriction of water and food intakes. The levels of NPY, ACTH, CORT were measured by RIA. Results:Serum NPY level decreased significantly in group A(P =0. 026) and increased significantly in group B(P 〈0.01 ) compared with group C. The mean serum CORT level increased remarkably in group B compared with group C and A (both P 〈0.01 ). And the serum ACTH level decreased significantly in group B ( P = 0. 033 ). Conclusion : Experimental navigation may cause significantly decrease of serum NPY level. Violent exercises after psychological stress may increase the NPY level and activate HPA axis. The increased secretion of NPY might have an effect on enhanced serum levels of CORT and CORT in rats.
