摘　　要：血液储备是应对战争初期和突发事件时紧急用血、提高救治质量的重要保证。文中从战备血液储备库建设的指导思想、建设方案、流程演练和实际运行等方面,介绍南京军区南京总医院在战备血液储备库建设方面的一些做法和体会。Blood reserve is of vital importance in meeting the needs of blood transfusion in contingent events and in the initial stage of war; it also guarantees the quality of medical treatment. The present paper introduces the practice and experience of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command in the construction of the blood reserve bank for preparedness against war in such aspects as the guiding idea, construction plan, procedure demonstration and actual operation.
