摘　　要：Toll样受体(TLR)是I型跨膜受体,在天然免疫和获得性免疫反应中发挥重要作用,近年来被认为是天然免疫系统中的关键受体。许多研究表明,TLR可能通过多个环节调节过敏反应的进程。作者对TLR在变应性鼻炎中作用作一综述。Toll-like receptors （TLR）, as the family members of type Ⅰ transmembrane receptors, play a pivotal role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Recently, TLR are believed to be the critical receptors in innate immunity. Many researches show that TLR can regulate the process of allergic responses through several channels. This article presents an overview of the roles of TLR in allergic rhinitis.
