摘  要:目的探讨S-100能否作为脑损伤早期诊断生化指标。方法孕第18、19天的孕鼠连续两天腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)500μg.kg-1.d-1制备脑损伤动物模型。取脑组织皮质、海马、内囊、胼胝体进行电镜观察;采用酶联免疫法测定血清和脑组织中S-100含量。结果实验组仔鼠脑组织有明显的损伤改变,血清及脑组织中S-100含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论S-100可以作为脑损伤早期诊断的指标。Objective To study whether serum level of S-100 can become a marker of early diagnosis in brain injury caused by intrauterine infection. Methods The rat model of brain injury was developed by consecutively injecting LPS (500μg/kg) for two days in pregnant rats of gestation day 18 and 19. The changes of uhrastructure in the internal capsule, hippocampal, cortex and callus were observed. The levels of S-100 in serum and brain was detected by ELISA method. Results The obvious damage was seen in the brain of neonatal rats in experimental group with a significant increase of S-100 in serum and brain compared with that in control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Serum level of S-100 can be taken as a marker for early diagnosis of brain injury.
