摘  要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(multislice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)在腹腔干分支成像中的价值。方法:随机选取80例患者,均进行CT三期扫描。平扫后设置阈值方法,以腹腔干为靶血管、测量峰值时间,峰值时间加2s为最佳延迟时间。由两位CT医师共同采用最大密度投影(maximum intensity projection,MIP)、容积成像(volume rendering,VR)等方式进行影像后处理。结果:注射对比剂后24~28s进行扫描,是最佳的延迟时间,随机选择的80例受检者中腹腔干分支正常46例、变异16例、病变18例。结论:多层螺旋CT后处理技术能够清晰地显示腹腔干分支,为外科手术及介入治疗提供了一个重要的参考依据。Objective:To discuss the value of multislice spiral compute tomngraphy(MSCT) in imaging the branch of celiac think. Methods:MSCT examination was performed in 80 cases chosen at random. Celiac tnmk was chosen as target vessel, the peak-time plus 2 seconds as the best delay scanning time. All data were post-processed with maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) by two CT doctors. Results:The best delay scanning time was 24 - 28 s. There were 46 cases with normal celiac artery, 16 cases with variant celiac artery, and 18 cases with pathological celiac artery in 80 random-selected cases. Condusion:3D-CT imaging can show branch of celiac trunk clearly, which provides reference for surgery and intervention.
