马山前胡化学成分的研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：从广西特有的前胡属植物马山前胡Peucedanummashanense根中分得4个化合物，经理化常数和波谱分析，鉴定为3'（R）-（＋）-亥茅酚（Ⅰ），3'（S）-（－）-亥茅酚（Ⅱ），褐煤酸（Ⅲ）和甘露醇（Ⅳ）。化合物Ⅰ为首次从自然界分得，其余均为首次从该植物中分得。Four compounds were isolated from Peucedanum mashanense Shan et Shen, indigenous to Guangxi Province. They were identified as 3'(R)-(＋)-hamaudol(Ⅰ), 3'(S)-(－)-hamaudol(Ⅱ), montanic acid(Ⅲ)and mannitol(Ⅳ) by physical-chemical constants and spectral analyses(UV,IR,MS,NMR and 2D-NMR)。Ⅰ is a new natural product and the others are obtained from the plant for the first time.
