摘　　要：As China’s top advisory body in science and technology (S&T), over the past four years, CAS has completed nearly 60 consultative reports by pooling the collective wisdom of prestigiousAs China＇s top advisory body in science and technology （S＆T）, over the past four years, CAS has completed nearly 60 consultative reports by pooling the collective wisdom of prestigious scientists across China. Focusing on issues related to the national drive for a comprehensive, balanced and sustainable socialeconomic development and major S＆T strategies, these reports offered scientific insights for decision-making of the central authorities and attracted their close attention.
