摘　　要：详细阐述本安三元配气装置的原理、特点及使用方法,该装置主要用于精确控制气体流量和控制气体的浓度,提高本安火花试验的精确度。In this article, the principle, features and method of application of tri - gas distribution device used for testing the eintrinsically safe apparatus are introduced and it also present the process of the gas mixture to clear understand of this device, which is design for accuracy control of the concentration to improve the accuracy of the spark test result.
