摘　　要：在电机驱动系统中,良好的驱动电路是保证电机可靠运行的关键技术之一,本文介绍了以CONCEPT公司的SCALE系列驱动模块2SDl06AI-17为核心的驱动电路,并将其应用到混合动力汽车电机驱动系统中。实验表明,2SD106AI-17驱动模块具有较好的驱动能力和较强的可靠性。In the motor drive system, well drive circuit is one of tne most important technique which ensures the motor＇s credibility. A drive circuit based on SCALE driver 2SD106AI-17 from CONCEPT was introduced in this paper, and it was also applied to the HEV motor drive system. The application results show that 2SD106AI-17 driver has well driving ability and reliability.
